Refund & Exchange
Thank you so much for shopping at our gorgeous little store. We hope you loved your pieces. We understand from time to time you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Any purchases made through Susan Rose must be returned to the head office within 7 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund.
To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and advise how to proceed.
All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unworn.
Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender and Susan Rose cannot accept responsibility for any missing items. For this reason, we highly recommend using a service that allows for tracking and insurance.
If you are requesting a refund, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the status of your exchange or refund, please contact us via the chat bubble on the homepage of our website.
For change of mind returns, the original postage costs are non-refundable.
Replacements & Faults:
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com.
All Susan Rose products come with a 3-month warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as a result of manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.
