At Susan Rose, all jewellery orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business day of receiving the order. Customers receive an order confirmation, shipping, and tracking number for each delivery. If you need to make changes to your order, or your order is urgent please email enquiries@susanrosecom.au and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $99. We offer a $10 flat rate fee for Regular Post and a $15 flat rate fee for express post for all other orders. Extra $2 for signature upon delivery 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer Click ‘n Collect from our store in Brighton. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection. – please do not come until you receive this notification email that your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping to New Zealand is calculated via Australia Post International and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

FedEx express shipping is also available at checkout.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

international orders outside of New Zealand are calculated based on address. All international deliveries are sent via Australia Post and delivery time will vary depending on your region. For all international deliveries extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on the country of destination, and these costs will be at the expense of the customer. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.
