SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free express shipping on all orders via Australia Post Express services (2-3 days)

 

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

All orders sent via Fedex Express post with a flat fee of $15 (5-7 days)

 

TRACKING ORDERS

All customers will be notified of their tracking number via email.

Any purchases made through Susan Rose must be returned to the head office within 30 days from date of purchase to qualify for a refund. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for earrings.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer care team at info@susanrose.com.au. If your order qualifies for a refund, our customer care team will then authorise your return and advise how to proceed.

All customer returns are at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All orders go through a quality control process, however, from time to time there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 30 days. To notify us of the fault, please contact us at info@susanrose.com.au.
